The purpose of this process memorandum is to describe additional supporting resource information in detail. The Geology, Minerals, and Subsidence section of Chapter 3 of the EIS includes brief summaries of the information contained in this process memorandum.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to document the receipt of native files containing water quality modeling data that don’t otherwise appear in published reports. The native files described below will be incorporated into the project record in conjunction with this process memo.

One of the issues identified to be analyzed in the environmental impact statement (EIS) is the presence of unpatented mining claims that might overlap with the proposed project footprint. The purpose of this memorandum is to document the receipt of additional unpatented claim information files for the project record.

Summarize available guidance regarding the selection of appropriate baseline conditions against which Resolution Copper project impacts will be compared; and where necessary, document the rationale for selecting baseline conditions for specific resources.
