The Draft EIS for the Resolution Copper project was released in August 2019, followed by a series of public meetings. During two of these meetings, public statements were made by a commenter, Mr. Chris Spidle, about an alleged conflict of interest involving Dr. Stephen W. Carothers.

The purpose of this memorandum is to summarize pertinent information gathered in response to these public statements.
