Thank you for the opportunity to testify about the Tribe’s views on S. 339, the Southeast Arizona Land Exchange and Conservation Act of 2013. The Tribe strongly opposes S. 339 and its companion bill, H.R. 687, and respectfully urges Members of the Subcommittee to oppose this bill for the reasons set forth below.
