Thank you for the opportunity to testify about our views on H.R. 687, the Southeast Arizona Land Exchange and Conservation Act of 2013. On behalf of the San Carlos Apache Tribe and ITCA, we strongly oppose H.R. 687 and respectfully urge Members of the Subcommittee to oppose this bill for the reasons set forth below.
