Based on available information, I have preliminarily determined waters of the U.S. may be present in the approximate locations noted on the enclosed map on a portion of the Resolution Copper Mine project where a tailings storage facility and pipeline/power corridor would be constructed.

Based on available information, I have determined waters of the United States do not occur on the project site. The basis for our determination can be found in the enclosed Approved Jurisdictional Determination (JD) forms.
